By catering specifically to studios eager to optimize their booking schedules and professionals seeking the ideal recording environment, ProStudioTime introduces a novel, centralized platform for streamlined studio discovery, inquiry, and reservation, with an initial focus on music production.
The Challenge
Navigating the traditional booking landscape for recording studios presented a series of inefficiencies, characterized by convoluted inquiry processes, excessive intermediary fees, and the absence of a unified platform for assessing studio availability and equipment. This fragmented ecosystem made it challenging for music professionals to efficiently locate and secure studios tailored to their precise needs.
Our Approach
Our development of ProStudioTime began with a focused discovery phase, pinpointing the main inefficiencies in studio bookings. Key steps included:
- Pinpointing critical user pain points to direct our design and development efforts.

- Utilizing Bubble.io to create a responsive, dual-sided platform for immediate booking requests, direct user-studio communication, and customizable profiles.
- Crafting a succinct, compelling landing page with Webflow, featuring a clear call to action to encourage user sign-up and engagement.
