Datalogiq 360, a leading data and AI governance consultancy, needed to replace inefficient Excel based certification processes with an automated SaaS platform. The goal: enhance operational efficiency, deliver seamless user experiences, and enable enterprise scalability. CoComply automates data governance workflows using AI, providing a structured evaluation model that identifies and certifies data assets and AI capabilities. The platform empowers organizations to drive innovation, accelerate growth, and navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.
The Challenge
Datalogiq 360 faced major obstacles transitioning from Excel to enterprise SaaS. A previous agency had built a flawed backend that couldn't scale. The platform needed self hosted Kubernetes deployment for enterprise security. Most critically, a major US bank required full on premise deployment, adding substantial infrastructure complexity to an already challenging rebuild.
The Solution
We built a platform that automates the entire data governance lifecycle. The system classifies data assets, evaluates compliance requirements, and guides organizations through structured certification workflows. AI powered analysis identifies governance gaps and recommends fixes. Processes that previously took weeks now run automatically, generating compliance reports and audit trails. Intuitive dashboards provide real time visibility into governance posture, surfacing risks and tracking certification progress across the data ecosystem.
