About Project
Created in partnership beetwen Berliner Volksbank and No Venture Studio, Startbereit is a startup focused on simplifying the company formation process by offering ready-made German GmbHs and UGs with operational bank accounts. This project involved developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to provide a fully digital experience, allowing users to establish businesses within 72 hours. The MVP was designed to focus on essential functionalities, enabling a streamlined, secure, and compliant solution for founders entering the market.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was to build a secure, GDPR-compliant web app quickly and cost-effectively, with an emphasis on ease of use and high performance. Startbereit required an MVP that offered an intuitive interface and smooth user experience. Key project requirements included EU-based hosting for data protection and compliance.
The Solution
We took a no-code approach, leveraging Xano for backend and WeWeb for front-end development, allowing us to rapidly deliver a robust and performant product Focusing on user experience, we crafted an intuitive interface that enables easy navigation and seamless interaction, ensuring that users could quickly and confidently establish their businesses. The solution was developed with GDPR compliance and hosted within the EU, ensuring data security and privacy.
The Result
- Completed in under 8 weeks, allowing Startbereit to enter the market and begin user testing on schedule.
